1. General User Agreement and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Play Until It Works. By accessing or using our website and the MirageWorks Oasis platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform. Our services are intended solely for users who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2. Virtual Currency (Aura Sparks) Strict Policies

The platform operates exclusively using a virtual currency called Aura Sparks (AS). Aura Sparks are provided to you free of charge through daily claims, gameplay achievements, and promotional events. They represent a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use virtual items on the platform. Aura Sparks cannot be transferred between accounts, sold, or exchanged outside of the platform's intended mechanics.

3. Ironclad No Real Money Guarantee

Under no circumstances do Aura Sparks have any real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, real-world goods, or any other tangible asset. Play Until It Works is a social casino designed entirely for entertainment. We do not accept real-money deposits for wagering, and it is impossible to win real money by playing our games. Any perceived monetary value is strictly simulated for the purpose of the game mechanics.

4. Account Security and Authentication Requirements

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We strongly recommend using a robust password. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or attempt to manipulate the virtual economy.

5. Extensive Responsible Gaming Tools

While our platform involves no financial risk, we are committed to promoting responsible gaming habits. We encourage you to treat social gaming as a leisure activity, not a necessity. If you feel that your gaming habits are negatively impacting your life, we provide tools to help. 6. Intellectual Property and Licensing

All content included on the platform, such as text, graphics, logos, images, game software, and audio clips (including the Dune Roulette and Mirage Reels assets), is the property of PlayUntilItWorks Iberia S.A. or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You are granted a limited license to access and make personal use of the platform and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with our express written consent.

7. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Madrid, Spain. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PlayUntilItWorks Iberia S.A., its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform. Our games are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
